As a small business, we currently only offer shipping to Canada and the U.S. We appreciate your understanding and support !

Fulfillment and Shipping time

Processing time ranges from 1 to 10 days, not including shipping. 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination country. The amount of these fees is determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and may depend on factors such as the order value, product type, country of origin, and applicable regulations.

All customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We have no control over these charges and cannot guarantee or estimate the exact amount that may be assessed. Customers are responsible for informing themselves of the applicable import requirements and potential fees before placing an order.

If an order is refused, declined, or left unclaimed because the customer does not wish to pay the applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges, this will not be considered a cancellation of the order and will not, by itself, qualify the order for a refund.

If the shipment is returned to us or otherwise becomes undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred as a result, including return shipping, customs, brokerage, handling, storage, or other carrier-related fees. Any refund, if applicable, will only be considered once the returned package has been received and inspected, and any applicable costs incurred by us may be deducted from the refund amount.
