How often do you release new designs?

More and more often!

So many of you want a crewneck that represents your field, and of course, you all deserve it!

I’ve decided to delegate the printing to a professional Quebec-based workshop.

This allows me to spend much more time creating new designs, and as a bonus, the printing is now done with professional equipment, ensuring better quality and a wider selection of colors and sizes at all times ✨

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! However, since I’ve received a huge number of requests recently, custom orders are temporarily on pause.

I’ll announce as soon as I start accepting new custom orders again!

Where are you located?

I am personally based on the South Shore of Montreal, and the printing is done by a professional Quebec-based workshop also located on the South Shore!

So when you order here, you’re supporting two local businesses 💙

Do you have a physical store where I can buy your products?

For now, I sell exclusively online!

However, I’m available to help if you need assistance choosing the right size — it would be my pleasure to guide you!

There are also plenty of videos on my social media where I show the products and try them on in front of the camera, which can help with choosing the right size or color 🫶🏼

What are the processing times?

Processing times (printing + preparation) are 1 to 10 business days.

Shipping time depends on your region.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped!

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is $15 anywhere in Canada and FREE for orders of $150 and more. So it’s definitely worth ordering with friends or colleagues!

My order arrived damaged or the print is defective. What should I do?

I’m really sorry your order isn’t in perfect condition🥺

This isn’t supposed to happen, but mistakes can happen from time to time.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defective print, email me at info@josiannejolinart.com with:

- your name

- your order number

- a few clear photos of the problem

It will be my pleasure to review the issue with you and send a replacement product 🫶🏼

My order says it’s delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Unfortunately, lost or stolen packages are not covered by the shop, as this is beyond my control.

In this case, you should contact the delivery company to open a claim.

Before doing so, please check your surroundings carefully: around your house and even with your neighbors, sometimes the package was picked up by mistake.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each product is printed specially for you at the time of your order 🤍 As I’m still a small business, unfortunately I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Returns due to a change of mind, choosing the wrong size or personal mistakes are not possible.
