Refund policy
1- Damaged/Incorrect Items:
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. While the shipping experience is beyond our control, we are committed to ensure you receive the best possible products. If you encounter such issues, contact us at info@josiannejolinart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to insert photos of the damaged item/wrong item as well as the order number and we'll get back to you within the following 5 business days.
2- Order Lost in the Mail
ART PRINTS : If the package got lost in transit, contact us at info@josiannejolinart.com no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will get to you as soon as possible! Keep in mind that if the lost shipment is due to a wrong/insufficient address during check out, we will not cover reshipment costs.
APPAREL : Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If you encounter any issues, please contact the carrier directly. Make sure to reach out to them as soon as you notice the problem.
3- Change of Mind
We understand preferences may change, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and/or refunds for changes of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
